All Sales Are Final on Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns (Non-Earring Items)
Returns may be accepted on eligible items within 7 days of delivery as long as:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • It is in original condition

  • It is returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you may return an eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We will make it right.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect.
