When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. During holidays or busy launches, processing may take a little longer — but we always ship as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking. If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions folder.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
For non-earring items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Do you restock items?
Some items restock and some are limited — especially seasonal designs. If you love something - shoot us an email
Do you offer custom orders?
Custom options may be available depending on the item. Most listings will say Custom options available in description. If you’re looking for something specific, please reach out through our Contact page, We love custom Orders!
Where are you located?
We are a small business based in Indiana, and all orders ship from the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address — what happens?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once updated shipping is paid.
